If you are not completely satisfied with your ELEVEN SIX online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or refund to the original form of payment.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with price tags intact.
Exchanges/Returns must be reported to ELEVEN SIX via the submission form HERE within 21 days of the original ship date and received by ELEVEN SIX within 30 days.
Holiday Returns: Orders placed between 11/14/23 and 12/24/23 qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Returns on items purchased in this window will be accepted through 1/6/24. All returns are still subject to our regular return policy and any final sale items are non-returnable.
Returns must be shipped with a reliable service with a tracking number. We will provide a return label. For full price purchases (inclusive of the first purchase 15% off) the shipping label is complimentary. If products were purchased on sale we deduct $12 for the return shipping label and handling costs.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise.
You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanges/credits are processed.
We do not refund shipping costs. Any shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of an error or damaged merchandise.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Returns will be credited to the original credit card account used for purchase within 7 business days of receipt.
INSTAGRAM Returns: If you purchased through the Instagram you must return initiate the return through the instagram Instagram App.

How can I cancel an order?
