Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders are processed in 2 business days. Once processed you will receive your domestic order within 2-10 business days. International orders could take longer and this is not the responsibility of ELEVEN SIX.
All orders received after 2pm EST will be processed the following day, this is inclusive of overnight orders. Weekend delivery is not available.
Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. ELEVEN SIX is unable to reroute packages.
All orders are shipped by UPS or FEDEX on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Weekend delivery is not available. Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address, we are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses, and we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. ELEVEN SIX reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these conditions. ELEVEN SIX is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
FREE shipping - On all orders over $300 (except Hawaii and Alaska)
Under $300 shipping will be determined according to destination at a competitive Fedex rate.

*Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The carrier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs, ELEVEN SIX is not responsible for these charges.
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, the package will be returned to ELEVEN SIX at the cost of the customer.
If you are not completely satisfied with your ELEVEN SIX online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or refund.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with price tags intact.
Returns must be shipped with tracking number. ELEVEN SIX will only provide a return label for all full price purchases (inclusive of the first purchase 15% off) for the first round of return.
Exchanges/Returns must be reported to ELEVEN SIX at email@example.com within 21 days of the original ship date and received within 30 days.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanges/credits are processed. We will deduct $12 from the refund if our domestic free-shipping option was used.
We do not refund domestic or international shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of an error or damaged merchandise.
ELEVEN SIX is not responsible for the refund any import tax/duty (apart from USA Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the USA.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Returns will be credited to the original credit card account used for purchase within 7 business days of receipt.
Any sale merchandise purchased at 40% or higher is final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Complete our Return/Exchange Form HERE to receive a return authorization number. You will be contacted by customer service within 48 hours, Monday - Friday, 10AM - 5PM EST and given instructions and an address for your return.

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY:ELEVEN SIX will offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 7 days of purchase. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
