Terms of service

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders are processed in 2 business days. Once processed you will receive your domestic order within 2-10 business days. International orders could take longer and this is not the responsibility of ELEVEN SIX.

All orders received after 2pm EST will be processed the following day, this is inclusive of overnight orders. Weekend delivery is not available.

Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. ELEVEN SIX is unable to reroute packages.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY 

As a small, ethically produced brand, we are deeply committed to protecting the unique designs and the dedicated work of our artisans. To uphold the integrity of our creations and safeguard against unauthorized use or replication by larger manufacturers, we reserve the right to review and, at our sole discretion, cancel any orders placed by or on behalf of clothing manufacturers or similar entities.
